HOME VISIT & DETAILS
We visit your home to do the assessment of your home, your needs and your situation. During this visit, we will address any questions and concerns you may have. Before we leave, we’ll schedule a review of the assessment findings. The assessment can be done in-person or virtually.
Step 3: Evaluate & Report
DETAIL FINDINGS & CREATE PLAN
During this time, we will create a detailed report and plan to help you achieve the goals you have for your home. This will include everything that was observed about your home and lifestyle, put together in a recommended plan of action.
Step 4: Review
WE PRESENT OUR FINDINGS & PLAN
At this point, we review the findings and plan we created, based on our assessment and discussions. As part of our recommendations, we also will provide the next steps you should take.
Step 5: Work the Plan
MODIFICATIONS & CONSULTING
We will help you connect with any local service providers to do the modifications to your home. We will also consult with you and your contractor, during the process, to ensure the work meets your specific needs.
Step 6: Project Complete
WORK DONE & FOLLOW-UP
Congratulations! Your home modifications are done! During our follow-up conversation, we’ll review everything that was done, help you connect to any other helpful community resources, and discuss any further concerns or projects you may have.
